Nestled in the hills of northwest Connecticut, the Litchfield Distillery is Connecticut’s newest micro-distillery owned by Jack and David Baker. They grew up in the water bottling business; for three generations, their family has bringing us the crisp, clear water called Crystal Rock. With a taste for good drink, and the luck to live in gorgeous Connecticut, they decided to launch Litchfield Distillery. Their commitment is to batch the finest spirits from the best their local farmers have to offer. Head distiller, James McCoy, has a Master’s degree in distilling and brewing from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, and his expertise can be found and appreciated in every drop. Their Batchers' series includes three handcrafted, premium spirits: Batchers' Bourbon Whiskey, Batchers' Double Barreled Bourbon Whiskey, and Batchers' Gin. Their mission is to produce exceptionally distilled spirits handcrafted from the highest quality, regionally harvested grains.
