High West

PRODUCT: High West Peach Vodka 7000'

At High West Distillery, their passion is making products that are so exceptional you’ll come back for more and tell your friends about them. One of the great things about living in Utah is the bounty of incredible tasting fruit. The high desert climate ensures maximum sun allowing full development of the fruit’s intense flavors, aromas, and sweetness. They carefully craft their fruit flavored vodka in small batches to capture the fruit’s authentic flavor. Nothing compares to using fresh fruit — you can taste the difference! Their seasonal peach flavored vodka is a collaboration with Leon Wilson, a local peach grower in Roy, Utah. He handpicks these peaches the day they hit perfect ripeness just for High West! After cleaning and de-stoning, they macerate the fruit in their Vodka 7000’, the only oat vodka in the world, for several weeks to extract the fresh peach essence. It takes 4 peaches to make every bottle. They recommend sipping their peach flavored vodka either straight at room temperature, adding some ice, shaking over ice for a killer martini, or as the predominant mixer in a cocktail. High West Distillery makes spirits for people who want great taste and appreciate quality ingredients, small batches, and the owner’s personal touch. They are located at exactly 7000 feet in the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains in Old Town Park City. Founded by prospectors in the late 1860’s, Park City became one of the richest silver mining towns in the West and the best watering hole in Utah. The horseshoe on this bottle honors High West’s home, a 100-year-old livery stable and now the only ski-in distillery in the world.
